Very special item designed by van cleef & arpels, this is a ropetwist gold and diamond open link bracelet watch. Designed with graduating twist rope segments whith the center section flipping open to reveal the hidden timepiece. Made in 18k and platinum. Wrist size: 7 inches. Circa 1960's.
