How can I check a pre-owned signed piece?
Look for the maker's signature, a metal hallmark such as 750 for 18K gold or PT950 for platinum, and a serial number where the house uses one. Check that clasps, hinges and settings are secure and the finish is even. Each listing records the marks and condition found on that piece.

Can I return a piece?
Unworn jewelry in its original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Watches are exchange only, within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
