Every pre-owned maison piece — Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bvlgari, Tiffany & Co. and others — is examined and authenticated by our specialists before it is offered for sale. Hallmarks, serial numbers, construction and materials are all verified, and your piece ships with documentation of its provenance.

Lab-grown jewelry is certified lab-grown diamond jewelry meant to be worn from the office through dinner. Natural diamond jewelry and signed pre-owned pieces are the other collections in the house. The stones differ. The design standard does not. Lab-grown is not a starter line you are expected to leave.

Every order ships free within the United States, fully insured and signature-required. Most in-stock pieces leave our workshop within 2–3 business days; bespoke and made-to-order pieces are quoted individually.

Unworn jewelry in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, and loose diamonds follow the same window when unset and returned with their certificate. Watches and timepieces are exchanges only — no refunds — within the same 7-day window, with box, papers, and tags. Bespoke commissions and specially sourced stones are final sale.

Most rings include one complimentary resizing. Some designs — eternity bands and certain estate pieces — can't be resized without compromising the piece, and we'll tell you before purchase. See our Ring Size Guide to find your fit.
