Every order ships free within the United States — fully insured, tracked, and signature-required. In-stock pieces leave our workshop within 2–3 business days. Bespoke commissions and specially sourced stones are quoted with their own timeline before you commit.

International shipping is available on request; duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Unworn jewelry in original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Contact us for a prepaid, insured return label — never ship jewelry back uninsured.

Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and specially sourced stones are final sale, which we will always state clearly before purchase.

Watches and timepieces may be exchanged only — they are not eligible for refunds. The exchange window is 14 days from delivery. The piece must be unworn, with all original papers, box, links, and tags. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can send a prepaid, insured label.

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, with complimentary annual cleaning and inspection. Resizing is included once on most rings.
